司法書士試験 (Shihou Shoshi Shiken)
司法書士試験は、法務省が年1回実施する司法書士（不動産登記、商業登記、簡裁訴訟代理の専門家）の国家資格試験。筆記試験はMCQ（午前35問 + 午後35問、計70問）+ 記述式（午後の不動産登記法 + 商業登記法）。MCQはすべて5択A型。最難関の法律系資格試験の一つで、合格率5%程度。13,970人受験（2024年）。
