學士後醫學系招生考試是台灣大學為已有學士學位的考生設計的醫學系入學考試。各大學自辦(中興大學、清華大學、中山大學、高雄醫大、義守大學),每年舉行1次(3-4月)。考科:普通生物學、生物化學概論、物理及化學、計算機概論與程式設計、英文。各科以選擇題為主,4-5選項,每題1正確。是台灣較新(2020年起)的醫師培育管道。
