The MedAT (Medizinaufnahmetest) is the Austrian university entrance examination for human medicine, dentistry and human biology. It's administered by all four Austrian public medical universities. The test itself is in German — this page is an English overview for international applicants.

- Each subtest is scored and combined into a final composite score.
Scoring & admission
- Final score is a weighted composite of the three sections.
- Cut-offs change every year based on candidate performance.
- Approximately the top 20–25% of candidates receive a study place.
