• Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

  Absolutely. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your profile settings. You will keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — no access lost immediately.

• Is payment secure?

  Yes. We use Stripe, the same payment platform trusted by Amazon and Duolingo. All cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Your data is protected with advanced encryption.

• What if I change my mind after purchasing?

  You can request a refund by writing to support@testbuddy.it within 14 days of purchase (first payment or renewal) if you have used TestBuddy for less than 2 hours, or in case of technical errors or double charges. Refunds arrive within 5-7 business days.

• How does auto-renewal work?

  It works just like Netflix or Spotify: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period so you never lose your progress. You can cancel it at any time.

• When does my subscription start?

  Immediately from the moment of purchase — not from the start of the month. Example: if you buy on the 21st, a monthly plan expires on the 21st of the following month at the same time.

• Can I switch plans later?

  Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual (or any other plan) at any time from your profile settings. You are in full control of your subscription.
